Nitesh Lal

A Visionary Leader Driving Dominion Finance’s Success

Mr. Nitesh Lal currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Dominion Finance Pte Limited, where he brings a wealth of experience encompassing over 15 years in senior management and finance.

Before his tenure at Dominion Finance, Mr. Lal served as an integral member of Fiji TV for a span of 7 years. During this time, he assumed the role of Manager of Finance & Administration at Fiji TV and later ascended to the esteemed position of General Manager at Sky Pacific. His illustrious career commenced in 2001 with Telecom Fiji, where he dedicated eight years of service, ultimately attaining senior management positions within the company.

Mr. Lal boasts extensive expertise spanning various domains, including accounting and finance, marketing, international business, people management, business operations, and lending.

His impressive qualifications include being a Chartered Accountant in Fiji and a proud member of CPA Australia. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia, and also possesses a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting & Financial Management and Information Systems from the University of the South Pacific, Fiji.

Furthermore, Mr. Lal has completed executive training programs, including one from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) and another from the CFO Summit executive training in Singapore.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Lal has actively contributed to the Fiji Institute of Chartered Accountants, where he previously served as the Past President and was a Council member.. He has also chaired various committees, including the Strategic Plan Committee, Disciplinary Committee, Acts & Rules Committee, and Professional Development Committee at the Council. Additionally, he has also served on various boards in Fiji.

Outside the realm of work, Mr. Lal passionately serves as a Trustee at Epilepsy Fiji and is actively engaged in raising awareness about epilepsy in Fiji.

His multifaceted experiences and contributions underscore his dedication and commitment to both his professional and community roles.
